Job Description:
Are you a seasoned manager with extensive experience in the online arbitrage industry? Do you excel at sourcing, training, and leading a team to success? If so, we want you to join our team as a Manager for our Online Arbitrage operations. This role is crucial for driving our team’s efficiency and effectiveness across a range of tasks, from recruitment to day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities:
Interviewing, Hiring, and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process to build a strong and capable team. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Training and Coaching: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members’ sourcing skills and overall performance.
Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Lead Review: Oversee and assess product leads to ensure they meet our quality and profitability standards.
Organizing Management Sheets: Maintain and organize management documents, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Sourcing Methods: Utilize your extensive experience in sourcing methods to guide the team in identifying and procuring profitable products.
Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment. Be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.

Qualifications:
Proven management experience in the online arbitrage industry.
In-depth knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools.
Strong ability to train and mentor team members to source more efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, Helium 10, & Tactical Arbitrage.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
