Role Overview
As a Remote Recruiter, you’ll be a key player in our global growth strategy. Your role will center around sourcing and selecting top-tier talent that aligns with our innovative and fast-paced culture. Your working hours will be flexible; we require a commitment of 30 hours per week, but you’re free to choose when those hours are spent.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties, qualifications, and skills
Develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates
Conduct comprehensive screening of prospective candidates to assess their suitability for roles
Coordinate interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Provide a top-notch candidate experience by communicating effectively and timely with all candidates throughout the hiring process
Keep abreast of market trends and demands that may influence our company’s staffing needs
Skills & Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house, staffing agency or freelance)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resources Management Software
Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
