We have an exciting career opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as an Amazon Account Manager. This is a long-term position where you can learn, grow, and have fun while contributing to our success.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Amazon Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle on the Amazon platform. Your primary focus will include:

> Data & Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer reviews, and overall product performance. Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

> Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue on the Amazon platform. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the product portfolio.

> Product Launches: Develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies for new products, ensuring successful entry into the Amazon marketplace.

> Inventory Planning and Management: Help develop and execute effective inventory management strategies to prevent stockouts and minimize overstock situations. Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on sales trends and seasonality.

> Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and projections to support inventory planning and business growth. Collaborate with the supply chain team to meet demand efficiently.

> Account Oversight: Manage and oversee the overall health and performance of Amazon seller accounts. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

> Relationship Management: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. Establish and maintain positive relationships with Amazon support and account management teams.

EXPERIENCE

> Proven experience as a Product Manager in an e-commerce or retail environment, with a focus on the Amazon platform.
> Strong knowledge of product launches, inventory management, supplier sourcing, and listing optimization.
> Demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue growth through effective product management strategies.
> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
> Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other relevant e-commerce tools.
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

REQUIREMENTS

> With at least 2 years of experience managing an Amazon store
> Excellent verbal and written English
> Very good and reliable internet connection
> Good and reliable laptop
> Able to work PST time zone | 40 hours/week
> Reliable and Trustworthy
> Must pass the 6-week trial period

TRIAL PERIOD

Before full employment, there will be a 6-week probation period (trial) during which we will figure out whether we like each other and if we can work together. I will pay weekly during the trial period. If by the end of the trial, both parties feel like it is a good fit and match, then full-time employment will be offered.

TRAINING

Comprehensive Training will be provided in the beginning. Also, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and the team and myself will always be easily available (especially in the beginning)
