Job Overview:
We are seeking a CRM Manager with expertise in Go High Level to oversee our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing CRM platforms, optimizing workflows, and enhancing customer engagement. This role is critical in ensuring that our CRM system supports our marketing and sales efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Go High Level CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and drive sales growth.
• Create and optimize automated workflows, email campaigns, and customer journeys.
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM activities with business objectives.
• Train and support team members on best practices and usage of the CRM system.
• Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, with specific experience in Go High Level.
