We are seeking a talented and experienced Keap Infusionsoft Email Marketing, Pipeline Creator, and Graphic Designer to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-converting emails, designing visually appealing graphics, and managing pipelines to promote our pre-construction home purchase opportunities. Your expertise in email marketing, segmentation, pipeline creation, and graphic design will play a vital role in our sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and execute captivating email marketing campaigns using Keap Infusionsoft to promote our pre-construction home 2) purchase opportunities.
3) Create visually appealing emails with compelling copy, images, and design elements using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to 4) drive engagement and conversions.
5) Implement effective segmentation strategies to target specific customer segments and personalize email content for maximum impact.
6) Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to understand customer preferences and optimize email campaigns based on data-driven insights.
7) Utilize Keap Infusionsoft to build and manage sales pipelines, ensuring smooth lead nurturing and conversion.
8) Continuously monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
9) Leverage your strong English writing skills to craft persuasive and error-free copy that resonates with our target audience.
10) Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to: data entry, research and customer support, email management, to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

1) Proven experience with Keap Infusionsoft, demonstrating expertise in email marketing, segmentation, and pipeline creation.
2) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating visually appealing graphics and enhancing email templates.
3) Excellent written English skills to produce compelling, error-free email copy.
4) Strong understanding of effective email marketing segmentation strategies and personalization techniques.
5) Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
6) Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
