Job Description

Hi there, my name is Devon Eddy and I’m co-owner & Founder of LeadsForward a digital marketing agency with a strong focus on SEO and part owner of Alliance Solar, in charge of marketing, CRM & Integrations.

I’m looking to hire someone at Alliance Solar to train to join our team of EXPERT media buyers to help our fast growing solar company 🙂

This will NOT be an easy job.
You will be working with senior media buyers to get general knowledge of how we are running ads in each platform as well as working with myself on the the following softwares to manage marketing automations & Integrations:

Airtable (Organizing Media Assets & Data)
Zoho Marketing Automation (managing email/SMS Campaigns)
GoHighLevel (organizing marketing funnels)
Integromat/ (integrations between softwares/marketing platforms)
Zapier ((integrations between softwares/marketing platforms)

While having experience running ads and integrating softwares is definitely a plus, the main things I’m looking for in someone is to be very detail oriented, have a positive work ethic, ability to learn new skills quickly & most importantly communicate effectively in English in both writing and on meetings.

You will be learning extremely valuable marketing and business skills and will be diving into the following responsibilities.
1. Create integrations between softwares
2. Manage projects in Asana/Airtable
3. Organize marketing assets
4. Organize marketing funnels/automations in GoHighLevel

Requirements:
1. Job will start at 10-20 hours per week, but grow to 40 hours per week as training progresses and your skills meet the needs to handle tasks on a daily basis.
2. MUST be extremely fluent in English so that you can understand verbal instruction easily and communicate any questions easily via zoom or video chat
3. Must have a good computer with fast internet
4. Use time doctor to log time
5. Must work at least 4-5 hours during Eastern Time (US) business hours.

Benefits:
1. Flexible working schedule. When you start, your working hours are highly flexible. Once you have been working for a while, your responsibilities may grow to where you will be needed during some working hours Eastern Time US.
2. Performance Reviews every 6 months with bonus’s & raises based on performance.
3. 13 Month bonus after 1 year of us working together.

Starting pay will be highly dependent on your level of experience & your ability to communicate effectively.
