Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various client projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future improvement.
• Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication among team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related field.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with eCommerce, digital marketing, or Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
