OVERVIEW:
Our team is searching for a General Virtual Assistant to be our Quality Assurance Specialist (20 hours per week + opportunity for hours to increase) with previous social media experience to quality check our freelancer’s work, upload videos to YouTube, and be an important part of our team.
This Quality Assurance Specialist does NOT need experience on all of these platforms. Everything will be taught in training.
TASKS:
Uploading videos to YouTube
Quality Control scripts
Quality Control script abbreviations
Quality Control voiceovers by listening for good pronunciation
Quality Control thumbnails
Importing scripts into Trello from spreadsheets easy
Researching YouTube titles and tags
Communicating with me the channel owner
Communicating with our team to ensure they meet quality standards

Must haves:

Speak & write in fluent English
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Available for 20 hours per week (+ opportunity for hours to increase)
Nice to haves:
1 year experience working online, but not necessary
Good at spotting faults in people’s work or have a good eye for detail
You are Organised
Great Time management skills
Experience In:
Familiarity with using Slack for communication
Familiarity with project management software like Trello
Familiarity with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets)
Experience communicating with team members
PROVIDED:
Full video training of each task
Access to YouTube & Trello board, as well as other useful resource documents.
We will work with your schedule to set a calendar in place that works best for you.
Most content will be provided for you to quality check/ schedule and you may have the opportunity to create some content to help the team (should be fun)!
HOURS: 20 hours/week
RATE: $4/ hour ($320/month)
