Looking for Sales & Marketing Manager!

We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team to promote vacant land to the buyers.

This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing and positive, a problem solver with the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and administrative roles.

Responsibilities:

-Create engaging advertisements to market our prime land property listings effectively.
-Use various advertising channels and platforms to reach potential buyers.
-Communicate with prospective buyers through professional phone calls and written messages.
-Identify potential buyers and stay updated on market trends to maximize sales opportunities.
-Assist in contract preparation and negotiations to successfully close deals.
-Solve issues and ensure smooth transactions for a positive customer experience.
-Contribute to the growth of the sales team and show leadership potential.

Qualifications:

-At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related real estate role.
-Strong interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette.
-Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
-Self-motivated and proactive in tackling tasks.
-Proficiency in creating ads and implementing marketing strategies.
-Research skills to identify potential buyers and stay informed about market trends.
-Experience in preparing contracts and negotiation.
-Problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
-Show potential for leadership and growth within a sales environment.

We will pay anywhere between $8-$10 an hour and a bonus potential. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.
