As a Sales Representative at Webcraft, you will be at the forefront of our growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, including business owners, companies, and individuals, and present them with our range of tailored web development packages.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Prospecting and Lead Generation:** Utilize various channels such as Fiverr, cold calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage with potential clients who could benefit from our web development services.
– **Client Consultation:** Conduct effective sales presentations, showcasing the unique value and benefits of our web development packages to potential clients.
– **Building Relationships:** Cultivate strong and lasting client relationships, understanding their specific needs and providing top-notch customer service throughout the sales process.
– **Achieving Sales Targets:** Proactively work towards achieving monthly sales targets by closing successful deals and driving package sales.
**Payment System and Incentives:**
At Webcraft, we believe in rewarding your hard work and dedication. As a Sales Representative, your compensation will be entirely commission-based. You will earn a commission for each package sold, with the commission percentage based on the package’s point value:
– **Package 1: $530 = 1 point**
– **Package 2: $1520 = 2 points**
– **Package 3: $2600 = 3 points**
– **Package 4: $6200 = 5 points**
**Performance-Based Rewards:**
Our payment system encourages high-performance and rewards excellence. Sales Representatives who exceed 6 points in a single month will receive an additional incentive – a higher commission percentage on the last package sold in that particular month.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve success.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of our dynamic team.
