Job Position: Appointment Setter/Lead Generation/ Telesales

Description: We are seeking an experienced B2C appointment setter, with a proven track record of securing qualified appointments with individuals via telephone. You will call our contacts from our existing database, or incoming list of contacts. These contacts are based in VIC, NSW, and QLD Australia. You will need to contact these individuals via telephone, sometimes navigate past the ‘gatekeeper’, record any important challenges and needs in to our CRM, and book qualified prospects for commercial real estate investment coaching.

Salary: $5-$7 AUD per hour / $400-$500 AUD per fortnight pay (based on experience). That’s P29k-P39k per month depends on conversion.

Work Hours: 9am-5pm, Mondays to Fridays (Sydney Time) 2-3 hours earlier than Manila Philippines time.

Requirements:
– You must be fluent in speaking English, preferably without a strong Filipino accent
– Have proven experience in B2C appointment setting and telemarketing
– Be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written. Must have a professional telephone manner
– Be able to craft a script and adapt a script accordingly on the fly in order to secure appointments and leads
– Have the experience, skills and confidence required to get past the ‘gatekeeper’ and secure a decision maker conversation
– When required, utilize Google, LinkedIn and other web applications to research and identify decision maker contacts, telephone numbers and suitable target accounts
– Use your powers of persuasion and conversation in a confident and authoritative manner in order to accurately convey the message to the decision maker, ensure they understand the proposition, and to successfully book an appointment
– At least 1 year B2C sales experience
– Experience in researching and generating leads in Australian markets, preferred but not required
– Australian Real Estate experience, preferred to have but not required.
