THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

This is a rare opportunity to work with Dr. Steve Day, host of The Systemize Your Success Podcast, with mentorship from JJ, his experienced operations manager.

You will receive extensive paid training to take over the in-house Operations Manager and client technical support lead role.

You will develop skills in training and supporting clients with interesting technical challenges, problem-solving, critical thinking, project management, automation, process mapping and systems improvement – all key skills in today’s fast-paced business environment.

There is ample opportunity for promotion and remuneration in line with your growing responsibilities.

You must have a genuine interest and aptitude for apps and automation to be considered (AI would be the icing on the cake. 😉

Experience with phone-based customer service would make you ideally suited.

After successfully completing your training, this will be a client-facing support role, so spoken English fluency and confidence are essential to succeed.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ROLE

You will be responsible for the optimisation of our internal systems and apps with opportunities to utilise the latest technology and AI to improve efficiency. Ultimately, it’s about giving our customers the best possible experience, and we can only do that if our company runs like clockwork!

Sharing our best practices with clients has the knock-on effect of increasing the value we provide them, which directly impacts the lifetime value of our existing and future clients. 🙂

PAY AND HOURS
(these are negotiable)

The starting rate for this role will be between £3 – £5, depending on experience and skills
This position is available from ASAP
This is a long-term position
Provisional Schedule (negotiable): Any hours are fine with a minimum 4-hour overlap with UK working hours
You will be available for at least: 40 hrs. per week
We will pay you weekly
You will get paid time off for vacations.
We offer end-of-year bonuses
We offer performance-related salary increases
