We are a German-based company with more than 20 years of experience. With our online company, we handle a web shop for hydraulic components.

We are now looking for a Virtual Assistant who helps us to manage our Amazon Seller account in combination with our Web shop.

Responsibilities:

Amazon Seller Management:
– Grow and monitor our Amazon brand.
– Oversee and optimize Amazon ads (PPC campaigns).
– Adjust and optimize product descriptions and listings.
– Handle inventory management and FBA shipments (with our team).
– Provide customer service and manage returns and refunds (with our team).
– Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities.
– Perform SEO and keyword optimization for product pages.
– Plan and execute promotions and discount campaigns.
– Create and manage A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC).
– Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and protect against product counterfeiting.
– Generate regular performance reports using Amazon Analytics.

Requirements:

Skills:
– Min. 5 years Amazon seller experience
– Excellent English language skills
– Familiarity with translation tools and other relevant software (e.g. Adobe, ChatGPT)
– Good communication skills
– Quick learner with excellent comprehension
– Willingness to learn new tasks
– Good team spirit, honesty, and integrity
