We are seeking a full-time inhouse Digital Marketer (Media Buying) – mainly facebook ads(Not Agencies) to join us in the journey of improving the mental and physical health in the personal development space.

Who is our Ideal Candidate?
– You are generally a fast paced individual in nature so you can’t stand to grow things slowly.

– You are a data analytical individual and loves to see numbers.
Working hours will be Mondays-Fridays, 10am to 7pm. Remote setting. Ultimately it’s the results we are looking at.
Responsibilities
– Brainstorming new and creative advertising angles and marketing strategies
– Planning, monitoring, and executing of digital marketing campaigns (mainly Facebook ads, Google ads, email, and display advertising).
-Measuring and reporting performance of all paid advertising based on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
-Identifying trends and insights, optimising ad expenditure and performance based on these insights
-Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
– Have a proven structure for ads testing and scaling campaigns.
-Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize conversion rates
-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Requirements
– Minimum 2 years of media buying experience targeting US /Tier 1 audience
– You must have at least 1 successful case study on any profitable brands that is spending at least $1000/day advertising spent in the US/ tier 1 markets.
– You need to spend at least $1,000,000 USD in your entire media buying career running US traffic with ROAS at least 2 and above.
– Minimum 2 years experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook Ads
– Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
– Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
– Demonstrate ability to work autonomously with a high level of self-initiative in a KPI-driven role
Salary is negotiable if you have the proven results you have generated before.
