Looking for Virtual Assitant ( VA ) For School Safety Conference

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to assist with managing email communications and conducting cold calls for our upcoming School Safety Conference event. This role will primarily involve reaching out to potential speakers to invite them to participate in the conference and contacting potential delegates or customers to promote the event.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Email Outreach:
– Draft and send professional emails to potential speakers inviting them to present at the School Safety Conference.
– Follow up with speakers to confirm their participation and coordinate logistics.
– Manage and organize email correspondence related to speaker invitations and inquiries.

2. Cold Calling:
– Conduct outbound calls to potential delegates or customers to inform them about the School Safety Conference.
– Clearly communicate the benefits of attending the conference and address any questions or concerns.
– Maintain detailed records of calls, including responses and follow-up actions.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
– Proficiency in email management and familiarity with CRM systems.
– Comfortable making outbound cold calls and engaging with potential attendees.
– Knowledge or interest in school safety or related fields is a plus.

**Additional Information:**
– This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours.
– The duration of the role will be project-based, with the possibility of extension based on performance and event needs.
– Training and support will be provided to familiarize the VA with event details and protocols.
