Looking for virtual sales professional with 2+ years of experience

We are a social media marketing agency specializing in generating inbound appointments for martial arts studios. Our mission is to drive growth and success for our clients by leveraging the power of Facebook and TikTok advertising. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Associate to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our client’s success by connecting with potential inbound leads generated from Facebook and TikTok ads. This is a B2C sales position. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, engaging in effective communication, selling low-ticket products, and scheduling appointments for our clients. If you are a fluent English speaker and writer with excellent communication skills and previous sales experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

– Reach out to INBOUND leads via phone calls and text messages and effectively communicate their services.
– Collect payment from INBOUND leads for low-ticket services
– Schedule appointments for our clients with qualified leads.
– Handle objections professionally and persuasively.
– Maintain punctuality and a strong work ethic to meet daily and weekly targets.
– This position is part-time (4-6 hours per day), but upon proven track record, can be Full-Time Positions (8+ hours)

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience
– Must know Go High-Level CRM software
– Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
– Exceptional communication skills.
– Strong objection-handling abilities.
– Highly punctual and committed to producing quality work.
– Effective multitasker.
– Availability to work North American hours.
– Reliable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps).

This intermediate position is part-time (4-6 hours per day), but upon proven track record, can be Full-Time Positions (8+ hours)
