We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Personal Assistant to support a client with a variety of personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle multiple responsibilities, keep the client focused, and manage tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Goal Management: Assist the client in setting and achieving multiple personal goals.
Focus Support: Help the client stay focused on tasks and goals, particularly when working with the special needs population and handling personal matters.
Calendar Management: Manage and organize the client’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
Lesson Planning: Assist with lesson planning and keeping the client on task, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
Task Reminders and Typing: Provide reminders for important tasks, handle typing, and perform research as needed.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients and provide motivation during training sessions
Email Management: Manage and respond to emails promptly.
Insurance Paperwork: Assist with filling out insurance forms and paperwork.
Job application: Help with signing up for another company, resume preparation, and training.
Visual Presentations: Create and assist with visual presentations.
Lifestyle Assistance: Provide lifestyle support, anticipating the client’s needs creatively.
Task Management: Organize day-to-day tasks and prepare for the client’s return to school.
Persistent and Proactive: Be persistent in task completion and proactive in identifying the client’s needs.
Qualifications:
Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Flexible: easily adaptable to work changes
Persistent: Determined to follow through with tasks and projects.
Proactive: Anticipate the client’s needs and act accordingly.
Engaging: Ability to motivate and engage with the client and others.
Creative: Provide innovative solutions and approaches to tasks.
Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills: Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks.
Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal.
Multitasking Abilities: Handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Needs to navigate in advance how to use Anydesk Remote Desktop.
