Loss Mitigation Supervisor

*MUST have experience managing a remote team of account representatives servicing past due and repossessed subprime auto loans *

*English and Spanish speaking applicants preferred*

You will be working for a respected finance company specializing in automotive financing, we directly assist customers purchasing vehicles from our dealership locations. Objectives involve ensuring the recovery of financed amounts, reflecting our vested interest in the sustained success of our customer base.

Your role will require you to use innovative tools and methods to locate customers, locate vehicles, and move accounts towards a successful outcome through negotiation and while establishing relationships with our recovery vendors. Additionally, you will manage a team of Account Representatives working similar accounts and handle escalated customer interactions.

Required Skills:
MUST: Automotive Collections and/or Loss Mitigation supervisor experience: manage attendance, coach representatives, use reporting and analytics to identify operational issues and suggest improvements, communicate procedural changes, monitor and evaluate performance
MUST: Previous experience negotiating with automotive loan customers who are severely delinquent
MUST: Previous experience using basic and advance skip tracing tools and techniques
MUST: Advanced level of English AND Spanish
Intermediate level of Math
Advanced level of attention to detail
Extensive phone experience performing outbound calling and taking inbound calls
Experience working with computers, Google Workspace, and similar technology
Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8am CST to 5pm CST
Ability to follow instructions and be dependable
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues that will arise

Required Equipment & Internet:
High speed internet(50-100mbps)
Dependable, updated computer with the ability to remotely connect to our systems in the USA when needed and the ability to support the use of multiple web-based applications at one time
A headset

Required Workspace: For this fully remote position, the Contractor must establish an appropriate work environment with a dedicated, quiet work space free from interruptions.

Training will be provided.
