Location: Remote
Status: Project based
Pay schedule: Weekly
Compensation: $3/hour + bank fees

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Lottie Animations Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and smooth animations for our website and deliver milestones under strict deadlines. Such individuals should be organized, quick on their feet, and well versed in writing and speaking English.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive Lottie animations based on the requirements of individual projects.
Ensure that animations are optimized for web performance and compatibility across different platforms and browsers.
Contribute to the creative brainstorming process, offering insights and suggestions to enhance animation quality and impact.
Test animations across various platforms and devices to ensure consistency and functionality.
Revise animations based on team feedback and user testing results to achieve the desired effect or to enhance user experience.

Work Hours and Benefits
Project based – Can work up to 40 hrs/week. The Designer is expected to meet with their direct supervisor when needs be. These meetings will mostly take place at a convenient time for both parties.

Required Skills & Qualifications
– Proven experience with creating animations using Lottie.
– Experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX design, 2D/3D Animations, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is a plus.
– Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
– Strong understanding of animation principles and technique.
– Proficient in tools such as After Effects, Bodymovin, and other relevant software.
– Demonstrated ability to convert design files (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) into Lottie animations.
– Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– An impressive portfolio showcasing a range of Lottie animations.
– Familiarity with web and mobile platforms and understanding of their limitations and capabilities.
