Job Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
*Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals and targets key audiences.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing efforts.
Content Creation and Curation:
*Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
*Coordinate with designers to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia content.
*Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
Community Engagement:
*Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and trends.
*Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.
*Coordinate social media events, contests, and giveaways to increase engagement and brand loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting:
*Use social media analytics tools to track performance, measure key metrics, and analyze trends.
*Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
*Present findings and recommendations to management.
Social Media Advertising:
*Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
*Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI.
*Work with the digital marketing team to align paid campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
Job Requirements
Experience:
*Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
*Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing social media presence and help to gain followers.
Skills:
*Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
*Strong writing and communication skills.
*Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
*Knowledge of social media analytics tools and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Familiarity with social media trends and emerging platforms.
This is a full-time position
Work hours are weekdays flexible
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the
6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All
Souls Day
Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
? 13th month
? Cash equivalent for leaves not taken
