Automated Reply Management Tool for GMAIL Using OpenAI
For our B2B lead gen agency, we are looking for a low-code/no-code developer to create a tool that automatically replies to incoming emails in our GMAIL account using OpenAI GPT.

The tool will have to do the following:
– Reply to incoming emails within ~5-7 minutes (or something similar)
– Automatically periodically scan an email inbox
– Analyze message sentiment and categorize & label incoming replies into the following categories:
– – Interested
– -Non-interested
– -Meeting request
– – Wrong person / Referral
– -Out-of-office
– -Unsubscribe
– Ignore messages in the following categories:
– – Out-of-office
– – Unsubscribe
– – Custom Request
– Analyze the email thread and context of the conversation
– Train answers (replies) based on a FAQ document
– Enable training of the model using future inputs/tweaks
– Send replies from the same email inbox it was sent to (we connect multiple emails per GMAIL account)
– Optional: have the option available to store responses as a draft first before sending.
