Remote Launch Project Manager – B2B Service Launch (UK Clients)

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a knack for project management, strategic planning, and human resources? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Remote Launch Project Manager. As an up-and-coming superstar, you will play a pivotal role in remotely launching a cutting-edge B2B service targeting UK business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and lead a team of talented Filipinos to deliver various project elements, initially as contractors/gig workers, with the potential to transition to a team of employees upon revenue milestones.
Execute tasks within your own strengths and expertise while making wise, creative, and calculated decisions within the allocated budget to ensure revenue generation.
Embrace the challenge of the first two months, driving the project forward with creative business freedom and empowerment.
Collaborate with me, the founder, for ideation and guidance while taking charge of the startup’s progression on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

Confidence in leading and organising teams of individuals, with a proactive and self-driven approach.
Adaptable and organised, capable of making logical and creative decisions while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Excellent communication skills, adept at clearly conveying instructions and holding team members accountable.
Fluency in spoken and written English, demonstrating solid writing skills.
Ability to think strategically and act decisively, driving the project towards success.
Experience with basic budgeting, record-keeping, and digital tool application for effective execution.
Proven track record of meeting deadlines, managing time-sensitive projects, and instilling confidence in stakeholders.
Comfortable working creatively within tight budgets and maintaining strategic understanding of business operations.
Capable of managing small budgets in phased approaches, ensuring accountability to agreed-upon plans.
Strong sense of trustworthiness and integrity.
Previous experience in project management, especially remote project management, is a plus.

Successful launch will lead to a rewarding career opportunity; with a monthly compensation of $4,000pm as the role develops to become a “Senior Project Launch Specialist” within my portfolio. This position is based on merit of persistence, outcomes, and building successful businesses, and not on age, university degrees, or your experience before joining the team.
