Luxury Airbnb Company – Accountant with Property Management Experience

Fieldtrip, one of the leading boutique Airbnb companies in the US, is looking for a full-time staff accountant with at least 2 years of experience with Property Management ACCOUNTING experience. **Please apply ONLY if you have at least 2 years of PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING experience**.

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced, full-time Staff Accountant with at least 2 years of PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING experience to join our fast-growing team.

Fieldtrip invests heavily in training, career counseling and growth. Serious, career-oriented candidates only.

Responsibilities:
-Property management accounting: process property transactions through our property management software, Streamline. Experience with Streamline or Appfolio is a plus but not required.
– Quickbooks: daily review and processing of transactions, credit card categorization and reconciliation
– A/P, A/R, billpay and vendor invoice management and review for approval
– Development of various financial reports and KPI dashboards
– Monthly owner reports and financial analysis

Compensation:
$1500-$2500 per month depending on experience PLUS healthcare. This is a full time role. We are flexible with schedule but request some availability during PST (Los Angeles) hours.

Qualifications:
-2+ years experience with property management accounting. Streamline or Appfolio are a plus.

– Exceptional English (both written and verbal), responsiveness and attention to detail.
– Certified Public Accountant or relevant degree in finance or accounting.
– Currently employed.
– 5+ years of overall experience in accounting/bookkeeping/finance, preferably with a US-based employer.
– Proficiency in Quickbooks.
– Proficiency in Excel: pivot tables, data analysis, creation of charts and graphs.
– Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
– Availability and willingness to work during some PST (Los Angeles) hours.
