Luxury AirBnB Company – Staff Accountant (5+ years experience)

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced, full-time Staff Accountant to join our fast-growing team. Our goal is to invest heavily in this team member’s career, training and growth.

Responsibilities:
– Quickbooks – daily review and processing of transactions, credit card categorization and reconciliation
– Development of various financial reports and KPI dashboards
– Investor reporting and financial analysis
– A/P, A/R, billpay and vendor invoice management and review for approval
– Preparation and tracking of local tax filings
– Creation and upkeep of company-wide accounting procedures and instructions

Compensation:
$1000-$2000/month depending on experience. This is a full time role. Expectation of some availability during Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) hours.

Qualifications:
– Career-oriented, dedicated and hard working individual looking for career growth and an opportunity for advancement.
– Exceptional English (both written and verbal), responsiveness and attention to detail.
– Certified Public Accountant or relevant degree in finance or accounting.
– Currently employed.
– 5+ years of experience, preferably with a US-based employer.
– Proficiency in Quickbooks.
– Proficiency in Excel: pivot tables, data analysis, creation of charts and graphs.
– Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
– Availability and willingness to work during PST (Los Angeles) hours.
– Experience in the short-term rental (Airbnb) or property management industry a plus but not required.
– Experience with Streamline, Appfolio or other property management accounting systems a plus but not required.
