Job Description

Luxury Construction Company based in Los Angeles, CA (USA). We specialize in residential and commercial construction in the Los Angeles Area. We seek a Full-time, skilled, energetic Virtual assistant with social media, project management, and marketing skills. We are looking for a Long-Term Hire. We want someone with very good customer service skills, and a can-do all attitude.

Must be proficient in the English language and well-spoken in English

We are only looking for the best!!

You will answer phones, write emails, follow up with sales leads, write documents, update building software, follow up with the construction crew, order materials online, review accounting, talk directly to clients with updates or information.

Job is Monday – Friday – Full-time.
Los Angeles Time (pacific standard time) 8am – 5pm.

Pay – $800usd to $1,350.00usd or 45,000php to 78,000php

Work on Los Angeles time

You will need to have your own:
computer
reliable high-speed internet
Microsoft suite -excel, word, powerpoint
gmail suite –
adobe acrobat
ability to receive and send text messages

Apple and Mac is a plus

Tasks:
Checking website
check 16+ affiliated websites and update information and pictures as needed (marketing)
organize filing system – Dropbox
Checking reviews on several platforms
Answering phone (English speaking must be very good)
manage social media accounts
photoshop images
create documents from templates
organize marketing material
follow up with construction staff
Follow up with sub-contractors
Follow up with clients
Assist the CEO
Able to delegate tasks to accounting staff, your assistant, and field workers

payment is made monthly on the 25th of the month via
