**Location:** Remote contractor with ability to work US business hours.

**About Us:**
We are a startup with two cofounders and are looking to bring on our first hire. We specialize in providing high-end travel experiences for our discerning clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Luxury Hotel Booking Concierge to join our team.

**Role Overview:**
As a Luxury Hotel Booking Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring seamless hotel booking experiences. You will also liaise with hotel partners to secure reservations on behalf of our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of luxury travel, and familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS). The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a genuine desire to deliver unparalleled customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Client Communication:** Respond to client inquiries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
– **Hotel Coordination:** Liaise with hotel partners via email and phone to arrange reservations, ensuring client preferences are met.
– **GDS Management:** Utilize GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to book hotels and manage client itineraries.
– **Reservation Confirmation:** Verify and confirm hotel bookings, handling any special requests or changes efficiently.
– **Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve any booking issues or changes promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
– **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to enhance booking processes and client satisfaction.

**Requirements:**
– **Experience:**
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel-related role, ideally within the luxury travel sector.
– Previous experience using GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is helpful.
– Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.

– **Skills:**
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– Proficient in using email, chat applications, and CRM systems.
– Familiarity with luxury hotel brands.

– **Personality Traits:**
– Passion for travel and delivering exceptional client experiences.
– Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
– High level of professionalism and discretion.
