Luxury Sales Travel Agent

You will serve as a Luxury Travel Agent for our company which primarily caters to customers seeking a more premium travel experience. As a Luxury Sales Travel Agent you will work on both front-end and back-end facing roles. You will spend most days following up with customers via email and text and communicating with airlines regarding our customers travel itinerary.

Note: It is HIGHLY beneficial if you have some experience in the travel industry working as a travel agent. If you do please mention this.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have worked for a “business class” travel agency such as Click to view, Click to view etc please let us know as this is a very big advantage.

Required Skills:

1) Fluent English, written and spoken at the level of a westerner.

2) 1+ Year experience using a CRM (Hubspot, Monday, SalesForce) or a technical platform like ZenDesk/Google Suite/Etc

3) 1+ Year in Sales (Selling a product or service Not customer support)

4) 2+ years in the travel industry. An understanding of airlines and the products they offer is very important. GDS expertise is also highly valued.

Soft Skills:

1) An EXCELLENT communicator

2) Follow directions exactly. If you have questions always ask.

This is a full-time job that is paid with both salary and commission. Pay is between $1500 and $3500 a month depending on experience. Additional bonus pay/commissions apply.
