MEU Investors is a firm that acquire business and offer services to business owners/investors who are looking for support from an independent party to support and guide them through their acquisition/exit transaction, independent Valuation, due diligence, post-acquisition merging.
We are actively looking for an M&A Contracts Writer who will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of corporate agreements and contracts, including but not limited to commercial contracts, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in corporate law and experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.

Duties include:
• Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact corporate agreements and contracts.
• Drafting offer letters, purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s), lease agreements, and other legal
documents.
• Collaborate with the team to understand the company’s goals and objectives, and ensure that agreements are aligned with
them.
• Work with external counsel as necessary to finalize agreements and ensure that they meet the company’s needs.
• Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
• Organise material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style,
and terminology.
• Ensure that all parties involved in the contract understand their obligations and rights under the agreement.
• Creating proposals for clients that outline the terms of an agreement.

Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate law, including M&A contract drafting and negotiation
• Possess Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications and other related field.
• Must have foundational knowledge of grammar, sentence structure and other writing techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to clearly communicate complex ideas in a way that everyone can easily understand.
• Must have strong writing skills and an understanding of how language works.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with and managing outside counsel preferred.
