As an M&A Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of mergers and acquisitions of a company. Your job is to manage the entire process from beginning to end and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

In this role, you will:

– Lead the development of valuation and M&A transaction models, utilizing your expertise to ensure accuracy and completeness.
– Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and operational information for client companies, and inputting data into valuation models to generate insightful reports.
– Oversee the drafting of valuation reports and Confidential Information Memoranda (CIM) for M&A transactions, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
– Manage the workflow and timelines of multiple projects, and effectively communicating project progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
– Review reports and analyses prepared by Junior Analysts, providing constructive feedback to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
– Prepare clear and concise email and reports to effectively communicate findings and insights to the VP of M&A and other key stakeholders.
– Manage Junior Analysts, providing guidance and mentoring to support their professional development and ensuring high quality work output.
– Identify opportunities to enhance processes and streamline operations, ultimately leading to increased efficiency and effectiveness. Your work will have a significant impact on the VP’s daily activities and overall success, allowing them to operate with greater ease and productivity.

About You:
Core qualifications:

* Bachelor of Science with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related courses with at least 5
years of work experience in transaction services, deals & valuations.
* M&A experience is required
* Has previous people management experience
* Background in project management systems and other programs is an advantage
* Excellent English communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Basic knowledge and understanding of financial statements
* Has the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing reports
* A highly responsible and responsive candidate with strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team of remote professionals
* Has a positive attitude, excellent critical thinking skills, and a commitment to excellence.
* Has the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the existing M&A Managers, demonstrating respect and professionalism at all times
