In this role, you will be performing financial due diligence and other financial services across a wide variety of industries in the lower-middle market. You will analyze target companies for accounting accuracy, normalize, forecast and budget. You will also work to create M&A forecasts including LBO models.

Responsibilities:
Due Diligence:
1) Financial due diligence
Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for various transactions.
Analyze financial statements, business models, and risk factors.
Prepare detailed reports to assist clients in making informed investment decisions.
2) Financial Modeling
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of models.
3)Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
Analyze financial trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial plans with business strategies.
4) Internal standard operating procedures
Create training materials and standard procedures
Prepare and present regular reports on project status, findings, and developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
Proven experience in due diligence, financial modeling, and FP&A.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in financial software and tools.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
