Hiring Process:
At Juntos Magazine, we are committed to finding the best talent to join our team and contribute to creating an exceptional community magazine. Our hiring process is designed to ensure that both the candidate and our team have the opportunity to assess compatibility and skills, leading to a mutually beneficial working relationship. Here’s a detailed overview of our hiring process for the Magazine Project Coordinator and Process Architect position:

Step 1: Initial Interview
Qualified candidates will be contacted for an initial interview. This conversation will allow us to learn more about your experiences, skills, and motivations. Similarly, it’s a chance for you to understand our vision, team, and the role in depth.

Step 2: Paid Sample Assignment
Candidates who impress us in the initial interview will be invited to complete a paid sample assignment. This step is crucial for assessing your practical skills and compatibility with our magazine’s ethos and workflow.

Step 3: Trial Period
Selected candidates from the sample assignment phase will be offered a position on an hourly basis for a month. The trial period will start with part-time hours and gradually increase to full-time hours by the month’s end.
