Role Overview: The Mail Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies focused on lead generation and nurturing prospects through targeted email sequences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, with a proven track record of creating effective campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Additionally, this role will support blog writing efforts in collaboration with our SEO expert to ensure cohesive and optimized content across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aimed at lead generation and sales.
Create, manage, and optimize email sequences to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Design and write compelling email copy that resonates with the target audience and drives action.
Segment email lists based on customer personas, behavior, and engagement to deliver personalized content.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and calls to action for better performance.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to align email marketing efforts with overall sales strategies and goals.
Work closely with the SEO expert to support blog writing efforts, ensuring content is optimized for search engines and aligned with email marketing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve email marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a focus on lead generation and sales.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klavio) and CRM systems – Zoho.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with an ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
Experience in blog writing and collaborating with SEO experts to optimize content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize campaigns.
Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows.
Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
