Who we are
We are Mailvio, an email marketing platform that helps Affiliate Marketers sell their products and affiliated products to their followers using the #1 marketing channel with the highest ROI in terms of monetization. Mailvio is a small startup on the hunt for PMF with a few hundred customers, and we’re looking for an Email Deliverability Expert & Level 2-3 technical support to help us drive customer success to new heights. Mailvio runs under the umbrella of the company KV Technology, which is a SaaS holding company with a few more similar-sized SaaS startups as Mailvio. All working together and making each other stronger.

Job Summary
We are looking for somebody who takes initiative, is not afraid to speak his/her mind, and is open-minded and ready to learn and grow. You are detail-oriented and are great at analyzing to identify and solve a problem.

You are self-confident and authoritative in communicating with customers; you instruct the customer what to do for the best possible results; you are the expert.

You will help set up sender authentication DNS entries (DKIM, SPF, DMARC), and it will be a HUGE plus if you can think along with the customers and give them strategic advice regarding email marketing.

You are comfortable and able to jump on calls with customers (if needed) and do training videos and training webinars if required.

You will be improving & creating Mailvio training and be the customers’ saving grace if they get stuck in our software for some reason. You will have the direct ear of the COO, who is ready to hear your feedback and suggestions to make our product better for our customers.

IMPORTANT: we are looking for somebody who can work US timezone for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Become a Mailvio product expert.
* Provide our customers with high-level (technical) support.
* Oversee IP reputation by closely monitoring and promptly addressing any necessary actions.
* Troubleshoot and solve email deliverability issues.
* Enhance and develop product training materials to augment proficiency for both internal staff and external customers.
* Conduct onboarding calls (this won’t be a regular thing).
* Establish & maintain clear lines of communication with external software partners if the need arises (for support reasons only).
* Assist with diverse marketing initiatives.
