Solid Rock Realty is seeking a Virtual Maintenance Administrative Assistant to join our growing Property Management Real Estate Team in Colorado Springs! We currently manage ~450 residential units and are adding new units at a rapid pace.
As a Maintenance Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating annual and incoming maintenance tasks, building property “make-ready” lists, auditing of maintenance schedules, billing, coordinating with vendors, and most importantly communicating with our team, our Landlords, and our Residents. Our top focus to our clients is quick and clear communication with excellent customer service. Being a team player at Solid Rock Realty is of upmost importance to us.

Our goal as a company is to provide the highest level of customer service in the Property Management Industry which means each team player must also provide a high level of customer service.
General Job Description
• Answer general questions from Landlords and Tenants.
• Building “Make-Ready” lists for our internal Maintenance Technicians by collecting information from our Field Operators.
• Estimating “Make-Ready” costs for owners and timelines for our Technicians.
• Executing “Make-Ready” lists in conjunction with our Technicians, vendors, and when complete our Field Operations department.
• Coordinating annual maintenance tasks such has HVAC Servicing, Sprinkler Start-Up’s and Blow-Out’s, and our Snow Removal list, etc.
• Performing a daily audit of our in the field workers timesheets.
• Building reports for billing.
• Keeping up with our vendors expired insurance policies.
• Scheduling non-emergency maintenance items.
• Communicate with Property Management Team.
• Other assigned tasks as necessary.

• Understanding of residential maintenance and home construction.
• Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, clients, and vendors in written and verbal form.

• Understanding of computers and navigating the Internet.
• Understanding of Buildium. Experience preferred but not required.

• Starting Salary: $725 Monthly
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 (30-minute lunch break) – General Mountain Time
• The following benefits begin the first full month after a 60-day trial period.
o Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue 8 hrs/month Vacation from Year 0-5, 10 hrs/month from Year 5-10, 12 hrs/month after 10 Years
o 8 Paid Holidays Off (New Year’s Day, US Memorial Day, July 4th, US Labor Day, US Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)
