We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Specialist to join our team and help us grow our e-commerce store. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating automation using MAKE tool and have a strong understanding of ClickUp tool for project management. As our Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing our overall performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automation workflows using MAKE tool to streamline and optimize various e-commerce processes, such as order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to identify automation opportunities and implement effective solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues or errors.
Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate the performance of automation workflows, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in automation and e-commerce to continuously optimize and enhance our processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating automation using MAKE tool, with a strong track record of successful implementation in an e-commerce environment.
Proficient in using ClickUp tool for project management and collaboration.
Good understand about Excal and Google Sheets files!
Solid understanding of e-commerce processes, such as order management, inventory management, and customer support.
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
