Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to promote Botanix Batana Oil products.
Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Design visually appealing and responsive email templates that align with the brand’s aesthetics.
Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve email performance and ROI.
Analyze campaign metrics and provide regular reports on performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce compelling email content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing successful email marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for natural hair care products and familiarity with Botanix Batana Oil is a plus.
