Management Trainee

We are looking for a Management Trainee who is excited about growing within a Company into a management level position. Our management-training program is 6-12 months in which you would be coached and mentored on every detail from entry-level basics to management duties. During your trainee ship, you’ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. The position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential. Management Trainee Requirements & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Accepting Undergraduate with 2 years’ work experienced)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong client service skills.
• Decision making skills
