About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to lead and develop our business initiatives. You will wear many hats in this leadership role, managing multiple projects, contributing to business development, and occasionally engaging in cold calling activities.

Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
– Develop and implement project plans, setting clear goals, timelines, and deadlines.
– Monitor and assess project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
– Manage team workload and resources, ensuring efficient project execution.
– Contribute to business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
– Conduct occasional cold calling to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
– Analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies for project improvement and business growth.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
– Create and optimize communication materials, including reports, to keep all parties informed.
– Document processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management.
– Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects – simultaneously.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
– Experience in business development is a plus.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
