As a growing organization, we are in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Manager for Customer Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Manager for Customer Representative will be responsible for overseeing a team of two customer service representatives. This role includes handling customer inquiries, scheduling, and complaints, as well as monitoring the quality of customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be focused on fostering a positive team environment while driving performance metrics and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
– Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of two customer service representatives.
– Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly reports.
– Training: Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for the team.
– Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of customer interactions to ensure a high standard of service.
– Administrative Duties: Handle staffing schedules, payroll, and other office tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (preferred).
– Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
– Detail-oriented and highly organized.
– Team player and willing to go above and beyond call of duty.
