Manager / Director of Operation with experience overseeing VA’s for SEO Company Needed

I am looking for a new manager for my company. I want someone to be the person in charge of daily operations of the company and ensuring everyone is doing their job properly. This job will require great attention to detail, incredible organization, and people and project management skills. Any SEO experience is a huge plus.

I have a small SEO company that is currently focused on building internal projects, but we will have some client projects in the middle. This type of work requires a high degree of technical knowledge as well as making sure everything is running on time and smoothly. The job will require you to interact with the designers, copywriter, VA’s, SEO team, and do handle some of the technical sides of the equation. It will also require you to setup reporting to ensure everyone is doing their job correctly and that the tasks are handled in an efficient manner.

I also need someone who is really good with people. I have people in the Philippines on the team and you will be directly in charge of working with them. I want to ensure you are on good terms with them, but also that you are truly managing them and ensuring they are staying on task and that everything is moving forward at a fast pace. This is a full time position, and I will give you some tests to do before the interview. You will be working directly with me for at least the first month or two, learning all the steps and all the processes, so you can see what is needed of the people.
