Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and experienced person to lead our team that finds profitable products to sell online. You will come up with good ideas, look at data, and help the team do their best work. You will oversee a team of Virtual Assistants who find products for US-based Amazon selling. Before becoming the team leader, you will need to prove you can find great products.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the product research team.
– Create smart ways to find good products.
– Keep an eye on market trends and update research methods.
– Teach and guide team members to improve their skills.
– Work with other teams to make sure products are sourced and listed smoothly.
– Analyze data and create reports to track performance and profitability.
– Improve research processes and tools.
– Make sure the team follows company rules and industry standards.
Team Responsibilities:
– Source products for Online Arbitrage using Tactical Arbitrage, SellerAmp, Keepa, and manual methods.
– Record leads using Google Sheets.
– Use tools like SellerAmp and Amazon Seller Central.
– Understand and use Sales Rank for product evaluation.
Requirements for Manager:
– At least 2 years of experience in online product research or a related field.
– Proven experience in managing a product research team.
– Strong understanding of online marketplaces like Amazon.
– Excellent problem-solving skills.
– Ability to analyze large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in using product research tools and software.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
– Reliable internet connection.
– Ability to demonstrate sourcing skills before promotion.
Preferred Qualifications for Manager:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Experience with online/retail arbitrage and wholesale sourcing.
Team Member Requirements:
– Experience with SellerAmp and Amazon Seller Central.
– Understanding of Sales Rank.
