### Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community and Partnership Manager to join The Collective team. This role is integral to enhancing the vibrancy of our community, expanding our network of brand partners and super affiliates, and managing the acclaimed Collective Academy. Ideal candidates should exhibit a strong passion for AI, be adept in community engagement, and possess outstanding relationship management skills.
### Key Responsibilities:
**1. Collective Academy Management:**
– Recruit and onboard expert speakers for the Collective Academy.
– Coordinate with speakers to join our affiliate program for potential soft pitches.
– Develop and maintain resources such as the AI tool database for community benefit.
– Oversee all aspects of Academy sessions, including event creation, member invitations, reminders, and content uploading to our member portal.
– Regularly update the community through announcements on Kajabi and WhatsApp.
**2. Community Engagement:**
– Actively engage with members in community chats; share AI insights, run challenges, and foster a vibrant learning environment.
– Curate and share valuable content and updates to keep the community informed and engaged.
**3. JV & Super Affiliate Partnerships:**
– Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with super affiliates and brand partners.
– Maintain an up-to-date partner database and provide monthly performance reports.
– Support partners with tailored marketing resources and collaborative promotional strategies.
– Organize co-branded sales landers and webinar registration pages in collaboration with partners.
– Monitor and evaluate partner performance to ensure alignment with Collective goals.
– Utilize First Promoter for effective partner and affiliate management.
### Skills and Qualifications:
– Deep passion and knowledge in AI, with a keen eye for emerging tools and business strategies.
– Proven experience in community management, event coordination, and partner relations.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
– Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic.
### Compensation:
– Monthly salary of $1,200 plus a performance-based commission structure.
– 10% commission on sales brought in by brand partners or super affiliates recruited by you.
– 10% commission on affiliate commissions generated from Academy sessions if the speaker was recruited by you.
– 10% net commission on sales from masterclass funnels that you negotiate and create with the host or teacher.
