Expert English – speaking/listening, writing (typing)/reading
2 years of experience in admin / human resources / finance
Degree in accounting or similar
Strong laptop & internet to connect with clients / team
Excels working independently and as part of a team
Outcomes – we need it!
Accounting – reconciliation across 2 companies
Accounting – monthly P&L and Cash Forecast reporting across 2 companies
Client relations – Minimising Payment Late Days with great client relations
HR – Ability to organise, setup and run early stage screening interviews
HR – Process team salaries, business payments and expense claims
Administration – setup agendas, track KPIs and other admin related tasks for executive team
Bonus – we’d love it!
Operations – understand how to build efficient workflows
