WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll be the head of our ecommerce operations, oversee the day to day tasks and make sure that everything runs smoothly as a clockwork. There are certain skills and experience that we require you to have:

– 2+ years previous experience in operations or management
– 1+ years previous experience in Ecommerce
– You’re very organized, punctual and detail oriented person
– You are able to work independently on multiple, simultaneous projects
– You take action, proactively add value and make recommendations
– You can solve problems, get things done
– You’re a fast learner, adapt to new challenges and responsibilities quickly
– You can lead teams, delegate effectively and communicate well
– You can take full responsibility and ownership of your teams and departments

In general, do you like organizing things, building systems and automating them? In our growing business you’ll have lots of opportunities to do that.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll take over the majority of our operations and departments like customer support, logistics, HR, finance and legal.

– Oversee and manage the performance of our customer support
– Manage supply chain sourcing, logistics and inventory management
– Create financial planning, track cash flow and cooperate with finance assistant
– Manage accountant and lawyers, handle contracts, taxes and accounting
– Organize company events, improve company culture and performance of company members
– Expand existing teams, create new team divisions, and assist in hiring process
– Create and improve processes, develop SOP’s
– Identify new opportunities to better hit our targets
– Create reports and performance monitoring
