Job Description

1. Managed Services Leadership:
o Lead the team of ten responsible for managed services operations.
o Collaborate with Managed Services sales team and franchisees to customize, translate, schedule, deliver, and report on global learning solutions, including training, assessment, and coaching.
o Work closely with leaders in EMEA and team members there, in the US and Philippines to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and satisfaction for both clients and franchisees.
o Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

2. Process Improvement:
o Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
o Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

3. Resource Management:
o Manage resources effectively, including team members, overhead and direct costs.
o Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet operational demands.

4. Budget Management:
o Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
o Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.

5. Quality Assurance:
o Ensure that all operations adhere to quality standards.
o Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service and training delivery, ensuring we continue to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from our clients.

6. Risk Management:
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations.

7. Stakeholder Communication:
o Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
o Provide regular updates on operational performance and address any issues or concerns.

8. Franchisee Collaboration:
o Regularly gather input from franchisees to improve processes and communication.
o Initiate surveys with franchisees to baseline and improve satisfaction.

9. Finance Coordination:
o Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
o Maintain effective communication with the finance department in the US.

10. Trainer Communication:
o Ensure proactive communication with both trainers and franchisees whose trainers are used in projects.
