Job Description

Howdy!

We’re a young ambitious & fast-paced team looking for an energetic manager for my personal brand – the brand focusses on successful founder stories (especially solopreneurs) and all topics about how to successfully bootstrap a profitable business.

Furthermore it’s a documentation of my own journey building a holding company.

We’d love to provide a ton of value to the entrepreneur and solopreneur community which is why we’re hiring amazing international talent to help us achieve that!

The platforms we focus on are Twitter & LinkedIn primarily, however we also produce video for Youtube, TikTok & Instagram.

If you want to join us your tasks include but are not limited to:

COORDINATION
– coordinating a small content team of writers, video editors and advertisers
– Manage tasks and priorities
– double-checking if tasks are done
– rating the quality of the work and providing feedback for improvments
– (at a later stage) coordinating sponsorships

DISTRIBUTION OF CONTENT
– scheduling content
– manually distributing content across various platforms and groups that can’t be automated

FINDING OPPORTUNITIES
– constantly nit-picking what we could do better
– researching what other creators do much better
– researching other creators on Twitter

BUILDING SYSTEMS
– Build automations wherever possible
– Set up tools & systems to streamline work
– Write & Document clear SOPs, what tools we use etc.
– Build clarity about who is responsible for each task
– Hire people if necessary

OUTREACH
– reaching out to potential podcast guests and coordinating recording
– reaching out to write guest articles
– (at a later stage) communication with potential brand partnerships

REPORTING
– writing descriptions
– weekly reporting to me about the team performance and project performance

FIREFIGHTING
– support tickets
– Admin work
– Firing bad performers and finding a great replacement

One of the longterm goals of the personal brand is to build a large audience in the business niche. This has several different benefits, one of which is being able to build a lot of businesses on top of it and having potential clients. But at no point should this affect the delivery of high quality helpful / entertaining business content.

It would be a bonus if you significantly contributed to building a personal brand but it’s not necessary.

You should have a good understanding and skills of the following things:
– Copywriting
– Graphic Design
– Video Editing
– Research
– Cold outreach
– Performance analysis

The overall success of your role is dependent on how well the content is perceived reflected by the growth of quality impressions, likes and followers – this means an audience with real, genuine people who fit into our target niche. This should be directly correlated with the quality & quantity of work we put out.
