Our company provides field technician services to the fitness industry in the USA and we’re looking for a dedicated MANAGER to oversee administrative, financial, and field activities for our growing organization. As a close-knit team, we prioritize creating a family-like work environment and are seeking a long-term team member to join us.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise our remote administrative team in the Philippines and field technicians in the United States, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
– Utilize telephone, email, messaging, video platforms and other online systems as your primary tools for effective communication with team members, customers, and vendors.
– Maintain clear and concise communication in spoken and written English, adhering to high standards while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
– Pay meticulous attention to detail and possess the ability to follow and give instructions accurately.
– Oversee administrative tasks, including customer onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and financial management, utilizing systems such as Zendesk and QuickBooks.
– Provide guidance, support, and training to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
– Monitor and track performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
– Uphold company policies and industry regulations, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
– Demonstrated experience in operations and team management (20+ employees), preferably in a remote work environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
– Experience in the fitness, appliance, plumbing, electrical or other home service industry is preferred.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of tasks.
– Proficiency in using email, messaging/video platforms, and other online systems for effective communication.
– Passionate about the fitness industry and its dynamics.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a positive work culture.
