Manager to e-Commerce Business

I am looking to hire a person who will help me grow my Amazon-based health supplement brand.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Full time, long term, assist in various tasks related to selling on Amazon and TikTok shop.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

– Giveways campaign management
– Inventory management
– Tiktok shop management
– Reviews management
– Customer support

NECESSARY SKILLS
– Very good English, oral and writing
– Be teachable, willing to learn new things. Willing to research and find the necessary knowledge by yourself because I won’t give you all the information served on a plate
– Work in a team. Encourage members of the team
– Be smart and sharp
– Be extremely organized
– Be available full time, 8hours/day, 5days/week
– Not have another job
– Meet face to face on Zoom to discuss or report progress
– Have experience related to selling on Amazon
– Organize and manage new employees
– Adapt to new tools and processes swiftly
– Suggest improvements to existing processes once you understand how they work.

TIMELINE OF HIRING
There will be a 4-week (paid) trial period so that both you and I will gauge our compatibility .
The first two weeks we will meet every day for two hours during which I will train you. You must keep notes and write your own detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each task.
After a few weeks, and once you have mastered how to run each aspect of the business, and once the volume of the work has become too large for you to handle on your own, you must interview and hire one or more people to help you. You will then acquire the position of Manager. Your job at this position will be to train the new people and ensure the team meets our Key Performance Indicators. At this point, you will run a big part of the business on your own and there will be an increase in your salary.
