Managing Director

We are looking for a Managing Director to join our executive team to manage and lead all client projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:
– Oversee the execution of all client projects from inception to completion.
– Assign tasks to staff, including the administrative assistant, video editor, graphic designer, and copywriter.
– Ensure timely delivery of all project components.

Quality Control:
– Manage and maintain the quality of all deliverables.
– Conduct regular reviews of work produced by the team to ensure it meets client expectations and Gold Sound Media’s standards.
– Implement quality control processes and feedback loops.

Client Liaison:
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, feedback, and revisions.
– Maintain open and effective communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
– Provide regular progress reports and updates to clients.

Team Coordination:
– Facilitate communication and collaboration among the creative team.
– Coordinate with the Creative Director to align team efforts with the overall creative vision and strategy.
– Ensure that the team is aware of project deadlines and client requirements.

Strategic Planning:
– Work with the Creative Director to develop project plans and timelines.
– Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
– Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Operational Oversight:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production team.
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
– Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation.

QUALIFICATIONS

– Proven experience in project management, preferably within a creative or marketing agency.
– Strong understanding of creative processes and workflows.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in project management software and tools.
– Exceptional written and spoken English language.
– Must be available during 2pm – 5pm New York time (Eastern Standard Time).
– Must have stable internet connection.
