The perfect fit for this role will adeptly manage complete sales funnel cycles, lead our email marketing initiatives from conception to execution, and demonstrate expertise in audience segmentation and persuasive copywriting, with a strong emphasis on developing effective landing pages. This position is pivotal for orchestrating and executing profitable B2B marketing strategies that propel our growth and market presence.

Responsibilities:
Sales Funnel Mastery: Craft, deploy, and refine comprehensive sales funnels in line with our strategic objectives. Seek out and act on opportunities for optimization to enhance funnel performance continuously.
Email Marketing Leadership: Assume comprehensive responsibility for our email marketing approach, including strategy development, market segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Design campaigns that resonate with and convert our B2B target audience.
Segmentation Savvy: Apply sophisticated segmentation techniques to customize messaging and promotions for various market segments, increasing the relevance and impact of our outreach.
Landing Page Innovation: Work in tandem with our design and content teams to forge landing pages that convert. Employ A/B testing and other optimization strategies to elevate page efficacy.
Campaign Strategy and Oversight: Develop and manage high-yield B2B marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Leverage analytics to assess campaign efficiency and inform data-driven optimization efforts.
Requirements:
A proven track record in B2B marketing, showcasing successful sales funnel and email marketing initiatives.
A deep comprehension of segmentation, targeting, and positioning principles, especially in a B2B context.
Proficiency in designing and refining landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
Strong analytical capabilities, capable of turning data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills, adept at navigating cross-functional efforts to meet marketing goals.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing or sales funnel management are a plus.
